In response to Avista’s draft 2025 RFP and informed by member feedback, RNW recommended that the company treat its evaluation methodology as nonconfidential, relax specific interconnection and transmission requirements, modify language around the financial evaluation framework, and provide bidders with an opportunity to address tariffs.
