RNW’s commentary on the Oregon Offshore Wind Energy Roadmap Draft. As one of the leading stakeholders involved in creation of HB 4080 that mandated the writing of this Roadmap, RNW wants to ensure that the final product steers as close as possible to what was envisioned when the legislature authorized it.
