Mark Thompson is the Senior Director, State Affairs at Form Energy. Previously, Mark was a Commissioner at the Oregon Public Utility Commission, a legal practitioner on energy regulatory matters, and has worked in-house managing regulatory affairs and policy at NW Natural. Mark also served as Staff Counsel at the Public Power Council and has been involved in the region’s energy industry for the past 20 years. Mark holds a degree in Conservation Biology from Brigham Young University, and a Law Degree from Lewis & Clark Law School. He resides in Tualatin, Oregon with his family.
