Katie joined Renewable Northwest in 2023 and serves as the organization’s Senior Policy & Regulatory Manager for Oregon. She leads the organization's legislative advocacy in the state, engagement in agency rulemakings, and also supports regulatory advocacy at the Oregon Public Utility Commission. She was previously the Regulatory Manager for RNW, managing the organization's regulatory advocacy before the Oregon and Washington utility commissions. Prior to RNW, Katie earned her Master's of Public Administration from the University of Washington and worked on electoral and environmental campaigns. She lives in Portland with her partner and their two cats, and spends most of her free time outdoors.
