Abigail Sperling joined Renewable Northwest as the Development Associate in January of 2026 where she focuses on member stewardship, relationship-building, fundraising, and events. Before joining RNW, Abigail worked for the U.S. Antarctic Program as an operations and science support coordinator. She has also worked in higher education and nonprofit sectors, specializing in stakeholder engagement, grant writing, teaching, and communication. Abigail holds advanced degrees in music, is passionate about equitable climate and clean energy solutions, and is committed to leveraging her skills to strengthen our impact. Outside of work, Abigail enjoys riding her bike, reading, and enjoying Oregon’s wilderness.
