Full project up to 1,432 MWs and 795 turbines. To be built in phases.
Phase 1 (342.7 MW and 149 turbines) was completed 2012.
A second 266 MW phase (116 turbines) was sold to PGE and built as the Tucannon River Wind project.
Remaining = 530 turbines and/or 823 MW.
The entire Lower Snake River development area has 4 Wind Resource Areas (WRAs) -- Tucannon, Oliphant, Kuhl Ridge and Dutch Flat. in Columbia and Garfield counties. Tucannon WRA is in Columbia County. Kuhn Ridge WRA and Dutch Flat WRA are in Garfield County. Oliphant WRA spans the county border with a portion within each county. PSE's Lower Snake River Wind Phase I is entirely in Garfield County with portions within the Kuhl Ridge and Oliphant WRAs. PGE's Tucannon River Wind project is in the western half of the Tucannon WRA.
